Łukasz Chmura

 Łukasz is an Attorney-at-law (Radca prawny) and Ph.D. in law with professional experience in capital markets and corporate transactions, including ECM/DCM offerings, M&A deals, and private equity/venture capital investments. Łukasz advises on public and private market transactions, as well as he is offering comprehensive support in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as providing ongoing corporate advisory services to Polish and international companies, including WSE-listed entities.

 Łukasz also supports clients in regulatory matters concerning public companies, including disclosure obligations, identification of inside information under MAR, and communication with the KNF. His legal expertise extends to the regulatory environment for financial institutions, covering EU and domestic banking and investment firm regulations (including CRR, CRD, BRRD, MiFID II, MiFIR, EMIR, and the Polish Banking Law).

 He is experienced in delivering practical, business-oriented legal solutions in complex transactional and regulatory projects for entities operating in the financial and capital markets.

Łukasz previously worked at leading international law firms such as Greenberg Traurig and Hogan Lovells, as well as at PKO Bank Polski. He also gained experience as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company and as a Private Equity Analyst at Tar Heel Capital.
