Konrad is an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) qualified in Poland, a Solicitor of England & Wales, and holds a Ph.D. in law. He combines Polish and English law expertise to advise on high-value and complex financing transactions, with particular experience in structured finance, project finance, acquisition finance, general lending, securitisation, derivatives and repo transactions. He also advises on financial regulatory matters affecting banks, financial institutions and sophisticated financing structures.

With over dozen years of experience, he specialises in corporate and investment banking, with a particular focus on debt finance, including, in particular, structured finance, project finance, acquisition finance, and general lending.
Konrad’s expertise comprises leading complex transactions, and innovative solutions for cross-border deals involving strategic international large-cap corporate clients. He also advises on financial market regulations.
Konrad's career spans tenures at international law firms such as DWF, Dentons, and Clifford Chance, along with significant roles with prominent real estate investor like Apsys and major financial institutions across Central and Eastern Europe, including Citibank and Bank Pekao.
Proficient in LMA, ISDA, and GMRA documentation. His practice also covers securitisation, derivatives and repo transactions, including documentation based on ISDA and GMRA standards, as well as a broad range of financial regulatory matters relevant to banks, financial institutions and sophisticated financing structures.
Konrad advises on the CRR qualification of credit exposures, including sovereign-, multilateral- and ECA-supported structures.
Konrad is also a frequent panelist at industry conferences and a regular speaker at leading sector events, such as the Economic Forum in Karpacz (widely regarded as the Polish “Davos”), Banking Law Congress, Legal Forum EU-Eastern Partnership, and the events of the British Polish Chambers of Commerce.
Additionally, he participates in expert working groups within the Polish Bank Association and was nominated as a finalist for the Future Leaders Forum 2025. In 2026, Konrad was selected for the Aspen Institute Central Europe Leadership Program.
